With stablecoin yield solved, the most important issue left for the CLARITY Act is protecting developers. The bill must ensure that non-custodial software developers aren't wrongly exposed to liability under the Bank Secrecy Act or Section 1960. This one should be solvable too.(Jake Chervinsky)
