Texas Hold'em for me is just a game and a way to socialize. So far, I've only played a dozen or so games, mostly with brothers from the DAO organization, and a few social games. There's no setup or tech involved, and even when I lose, the money stays within the circle. I don't think about how much I need to win; as long as I don't lose, I'm happy.
The recent social game on the 51st made me realize how much of a fish I am—my skills are totally outdated. The player next to me was super helpful, constantly explaining the logic to me, and I learned a lot. I enjoy Texas Hold'em; the process of strategizing is really fun. But I don't want to win money—if I don't aim to win money, chances are I won't lose big either, and I definitely won't join unfamiliar games casually.
Leveling up myself and enjoying the game of Texas Hold'em. #TexasHoldem #DAO #PokerLife
