[Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran: U.S. Decision-Making Space Has Been Limited] According to a report by Golden Finance on May 3, citing the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) on the same day, the intelligence department of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) stated that U.S. President Trump’s letter to Congress and his remarks regarding new proposals targeting Iran indicate that he must choose between 'unachievable military actions' and 'reaching a poor agreement with Iran.' The U.S. decision-making space has already been constrained. According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, Iran has submitted a new proposal containing 14 points to the U.S. through Pakistan as a mediator. The main contents include ensuring no further military aggression, paying compensation, and establishing a new management mechanism for the Strait of Hormuz. On May 2, Trump stated that he would evaluate Iran's new proposal soon but 'cannot imagine' that the proposal 'would be acceptable.' (Xinhua News Agency)
