Most countries around the world and the United Nations believe this is wrong. Iran is already under sanctions, and everyone is trying to prevent it from freely moving money. Now it’s set up a cryptocurrency platform, secretly transferring large amounts of money abroad and even trading with sanctioned organizations. Even the central bank is involved—basically trying to bypass sanctions. This kind of behavior violates international rules and makes it easier for money laundering and funding conflicts. So, while people in Iran might feel it’s 'forced by circumstances,' from the perspective of international rules, this is a violation and illegal.
