We all knew Bitcoin is a weapon for change. But Major Jason Lowery says it's tool for defense. His thesis: "Bitcoin essentially converts our global electric power grid into a giant physical security system for our information." He argues the U.S. must treat it the same as other warfighting tools. Global militaries spend trillions every year.
