According to Wu Blockchain, court documents disclosed by PaperImperium reveal that a U.S. law firm has issued a restraining order to Arbitrum DAO, demanding the seizure of frozen Lazarus Group hacker funds to enforce a historical 2015 judgment against North Korea. The restraining order is expected to complicate Arbitrum's existing plan to return approximately 30,766 ETH (around $71 million) in frozen funds to victims of the Kelp attack. On-chain investigator ZachXBT later posted criticizing the law firm’s 'predatory' actions, accusing them of exploiting the tracking efforts of on-chain security experts. He claimed they are using an unrelated decades-old North Korea case as a pretext to claim funds that should rightfully belong to victims of crypto project attacks. https://(wublock123.com)/news/zachxbt-criticizes-us-law-firm-blocking-lazarus-asset-recovery-kelpdao-60445
