Reddit Releases Q2 Earnings Guidance: Projected Revenue of $715M to $725M, Exceeding Market Expectations

Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be $285 million to $295 million, also exceeding analysts' expectations of $277.1 million. Additionally, the number of active advertisers increased by 75% year-over-year, and revenue grew 69% year-over-year to $663 million, exceeding market expectations of $610.9 million. Daily active unique visitors increased by 17% year-over-year to 126.8 million, while global average revenue per user (ARPU) grew by 44%. Reddit stated that it is continuously improving ad delivery efficiency through AI tools, including an AI ad copy generator tailored for Reddit scenarios. Performance-based ads aimed at conversions now account for over 60% of total ad revenue.
