[Arbitrum DAO Initiates Vote to Release 30,766 ETH for Kelp Attack Aftermath] Odaily Planet Daily News: Arbitrum DAO has initiated a governance vote to release 30,766 ETH, previously frozen, to support the post-attack recovery plan of Kelp DAO, known as DeFi United. This portion of assets was frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council on April 20, valued at approximately $71.1 million, originally transferred to the Arbitrum network by the attacker. If the proposal passes, it will become the largest funding support within the DeFi United plan. Early in the voting process, 16.9 million ARB tokens have already supported the proposal, with no opposing votes so far. The voting will continue until May 7.
