The case has now entered formal investigation procedures. FlashRescue co-founder Darcy tweeted that during on-chain monitoring, they observed the involved funds flowing into deposit addresses of multiple exchanges and immediately triggered a risk alert. Due to time zone differences, Thai law enforcement agencies have not yet been able to issue formal freeze orders to the exchanges in time. To prevent further dispersion of the involved funds, they have submitted temporary emergency freeze requests to exchanges such as Kraken.
