Any careful review of today's Supreme Court opinion will conclude the Voting Rights Act's Section 2 prohibitions on race-based discrimination related to voting and elections are alive and well. The Left is simply angry that the law can no longer be abused to require race-based gerrymandering to unconstitutionally guarantee, in effect, positive electoral results for Democrats.(Tom Fitton)
