The National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority (NaRRA) provides Jamaica with a necessary legal structure to manage recovery in an organised and effective way. I recognise the concerns around executive power. Trust must be built through transparency, accountability, and respect for the rights of our people. Executive authority is necessary, but it must always be carefully used and guided by Parliament. My focus is on delivering results while protecting the freedoms of Jamaicans. I also acknowledge the input from Jamaica Environmental Trust and Jamaicans for Justice. Their engagement strengthens the process.
