The root cause of the incident is the lack of permission control verification in the contract's execute() function, which can be maliciously exploited to perform arbitrary calls. The attacker abused the unlimited yvWETH allowance authorized by the victim address (0x98289e90d6fc92a8769bc892d006a2baa7705afe) to steal 384.67 yvWETH, subsequently liquidating and cashing out approximately 429.2 ETH.
