First off, if you traded tokens with Pumpswap as the main liquidity source between 2:31am–5:42am and were affected, please contact our official customer support to report the issue. After verification, we will provide unified compensation. Now, let’s explain the situation: Early this morning, an unexpected behavior occurred after the Pumpswap protocol upgrade, causing transaction failures under our original configuration. At 2:31am, we took Pumpswap offline as a liquidity source, and it was brought back online at 5:42am after initial handling. During this window, transactions were routed to other pools with lower liquidity, which may have resulted in prices deviating significantly from expectations—this might look like “getting sandwiched,” but in essence, it was slippage caused by reduced liquidity sources, not an MEV attack. The anti-sandwich mechanism was functioning normally. This temporary handling wasn’t ideal and may have caused losses for some users. We’ll work on optimizing this solution as soon as possible.
