[United Nations: Vessel Traffic in the Strait of Hormuz Decreased by 95.3%]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on April 29, United Nations Secretary-General spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric stated at a routine press briefing that, based on the newly launched online tracking dashboard by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), vessel traffic related to the Strait of Hormuz has decreased by 95.3% since February 28. Meanwhile, global staple food prices have risen by 6%, and European crude oil prices have increased by 53%.
