[Cyberspace Administration Investigates Platforms Like Jianying for Failing to Implement AI-Generated Content Identification]
According to China Cyberspace Network, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) recently discovered during its work that the apps 'Jianying,' 'Maoxiang,' and the website 'Jimeng AI' have failed to effectively implement regulations for identifying AI-generated synthetic content, violating the *Cybersecurity Law*, the *Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services*, and the *Measures for Identifying AI-Generated Synthetic Content*. The CAC has guided local cyberspace administrations to take measures against the relevant platforms, including interviews, orders for rectification, warnings, and strict handling of responsible personnel.
The CAC spokesperson emphasized that website platforms must strictly enforce requirements for identifying AI-generated synthetic content. Cyberspace departments will continue to strengthen supervision and management, safeguard public interests, and promote the compliant development of artificial intelligence.
