Luxembourg-based payment bank Banking Circle announced the launch of a stablecoin settlement service, supporting exchange and settlement between fiat currencies and stablecoins (such as USDC, USDG, EURI). The service is built on its core banking platform and integrates compliance and risk control systems. Previously, the institution announced on April 15 that it had obtained a CASP license from Luxembourg regulators.
