In just 47 days the FIFA World Cup begins. As FIFA is the most watched sporting event in the world I believe that going into the event there are two trades. The first is obviously CHZ - In 2022 during the last World Cup CHZ pumped and during the months leading up to the event it pulled a 200% move (see image below). This is WHILE Bitcoin declined 35%, impressive relative strength. It makes sense to take a trade because of this reason. The second trade is more risk-on but I think can yield better % upside vs CHZ (purely due to extremely low mcap + illiquid). SPORTFUN is a sports prediction market and thats a part of the Coinbase Ventures Base Ecosystem Fund. They want to double down on World Cup focus going into the event + have their 2.0 launching in May. For me it ticks boxes to at least take something into the World Cup(Gold)
