Low/High-Price Cures and Elasticity, a Top Commodity Factor
The primary reason that the front US natural gas future was roughly $2.70 per million BTUs on April 23 may be its surge above $7 in January. Will it be different for crude oil, corn, soybeans, wheat, copper, gold, silver and Bitcoin in 2026? A top factor in commodities is increasing elasticity, and 2026 could make or break my outlook for post-inflation deflation.
