The industry's self-rescue from the Aave crisis has finally begun, and I didn’t expect the first to step up would be @ether_fi, pledging 5,000 ETH from their treasury to inject into the effort. If other protocols like @LidoFinance also respond to the call and donate some funds, the crisis will be greatly alleviated. I took a look at the details of the proposal: http://ether.fi is teaming up with Aave and other DeFi protocols to launch a cross-protocol coordinated rescue initiative, authorizing the foundation to use up to 5,000 ETH from the DAO treasury for compensation. Big shoutout to Etherfi for this one . I’m heading over to my Etherfi account today to deposit more funds for some financial planning ☺️☺️.
