So this game is now a reality, fully built with GPT-5.5. I had Codex use the imagegen feature to generate reference UIs and sprite sheets, and used the Build macOS Apps plugin to create a native retro fantasy dungeon game app! After a few prompt tweaks to the UI, it’s all done!
