In an email sent to creators, Pornhub stated that this change aims to make earnings payments more reliable and emphasized that USDC is a fully reserve-backed, compliant stablecoin under the EU's MiCA regulatory framework. Previously, Pornhub introduced USDT in 2020 after ending its partnership with PayPal and built its payment infrastructure using the TronLink wallet. Following this switch, the aforementioned partnership has also been removed from its creator page.
