Illinois Governor JB Pritzker issued a similar executive order on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Kalshi reported handling three insider cases involving candidates betting on themselves, imposing fines and suspending their eligibility. The penalized candidates include Minnesota State Senator Matt Klein, Texas House candidate Ezekiel Enriquez, and Virginia State Senate candidate Mark Moran.
