WuShuo has learned that public records from the New York Criminal Court show Believe App founder Benjamin Pasternak was arrested on charges of second-degree strangulation and intentional assault. Previously, Believe founder Ben Pasternak was accused of being involved in a multi-million dollar rug pull scam.
