[US Media: SpaceX Reportedly Agrees to Acquire Cursor for Over $50 Billion] According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on April 22, the New York Times cited two informed sources stating that SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for over $50 billion. Cursor is a rapidly growing artificial intelligence startup focused on developing code-writing software. This deal comes as SpaceX is preparing for what could be one of the largest IPOs in history. Founded in 2022, Cursor has raised over $3 billion in funding and, as one of the fastest-growing AI startups, has caused a sensation.
