[Poland Fails to Pass MiCA Companion Legislation, Businesses Consider Relocating to Other Countries]
According to Cointelegraph, the Polish parliament has yet to pass domestic legislation accompanying the EU's 'Markets in Crypto-Assets' (MiCA) regulatory framework, making it the last EU member state to complete the relevant legislation.
