In the field of encryption, the SEC will promote market on chain through "Project Crypto" and will soon issue an "innovation exemption" aimed at providing a framework support for compliant on chain trading of tokenized securities, while also working to establish long-term industry rules. \Regarding the capital market, Atkins has proposed the "Make IPOs Great Again" agenda, which plans to implement a series of reforms, including the adoption of an on ramp regulatory IPO; Expand the convenience policies currently only applicable to emerging and small businesses to more enterprises; Provide a more convenient "shelf registration" path for almost all listed companies to quickly access the market; And give the company the right to independently choose to submit financial reports quarterly or semi annually. \In addition, the SEC is monitoring transparency and credit quality in the private credit sector, with the goal of encouraging more investors to participate in diversified investments with reasonable safeguards.
