December Corn May Lean Toward $4.30 vs. Above $5
New-crop December (Dec26) corn, at about $4.80 a bushel on April 20, may have a greater propensity to extend its life-of-contract low near $4.39 than to stay above the high of around $5.13. My graphic highlights a key reason: the front future's 50-week moving average is roughly $4.30 and trending downward.
