BTC ripped more than 3% on Monday and came right back into that major overhead resistance zone. The setup still leaves room for one more push toward the top of the cloud near 79,194, but I am still leaning bearish overall because daily RSI already pushed through local resistance, spaghetti support got pierced, and I still think this move is more likely setting up a rollover than a clean trend breakout. ETH bounced too, but it still looks weaker than BTC and that is a warning sign for me. Price has not been able to clear resistance around 2,366, both BTC and ETH printed 4 hour TBO close longs, and SOL still has that CME gap sitting near 87.5 that could easily get tagged if the market squeezes a little higher before rolling over. The big story for me right now is dominance. BTC.D pushed higher and even printed a breakout, but RSI is now showing bearish divergence with higher highs in price and lower highs in RSI, while stablecoin dominance keeps acting like it wants to move toward 13%. If BTC.D and stablecoin dominance both fall, alts should get a real bounce, but if BTC.D falls while stablecoin dominance keeps rising then it is still pain across the board. TOTALES is still in bullish consolidation, but I am still expecting a broader market pullback. TradFi is not helping my confidence either because DXY looks like it wants to fill the gap higher, JPY is still in danger mode, and ES, NDX, the Dow, and the Nikkei all look stretched and weird rather than organic. On my picks, CHZ has a strong breakout cluster but already feels extended, BNB looks better on a pullback toward the Fast line, MNT still looks suspicious because of the volume, AAVE has held up surprisingly well, and HYPE plus TAO still look weak to me.(Aaron Dishner)
