Group organization can be computed by following: the principle of the simplest organizational structure under the condition of individual limitations.
For example: bitcoin
Limited information nodes that connect as many peer nodes as possible follow the longest chain principle: each node makes decisions based on the longest chain within the limited information it knows.
Another example: Zeng Guofan's Xiang Army combat effectiveness
Each individual's salary income exists in the form of options held only by their direct superior. If the direct superior dies in battle, all individuals managed by that superior no longer belong to the organization, and the options ledger resets to zero. If the superior survives and a subordinate dies in battle, the options can be redeemed to the subordinate's family.
This simple organizational rule structure allows limited individuals to execute quickly.
Both share the same principle: acknowledging individual limitations, adhering to the simplest organizational structure principle, and implementing organizational rules in the simplest way into every individual's actions at all times.
