[Federal Reserve Chair Nominee Waller Revises Financial Disclosure Documents] According to Golden Finance, on April 20, Federal Reserve Chair nominee Kevin Waller revised recently submitted financial disclosure documents concerning an investment fund. If confirmed as Federal Reserve Chair, he will divest his interests in the fund. In a document dated April 17, which amends the original filing from April 10, Waller wrote to the Federal Reserve ethics officials stating that if confirmed as Federal Reserve Chair, he "will divest my interests in the iShares S&P/TSX 60 Index Fund (XIU)." He explained that the decision was made because "institutional ethics officials have since informed me that my official duties will involve specific matters affecting the financial interests underlying this fund.
