This gesture expresses gratitude for Hong Kong's friendly regulatory environment and supports its efforts to establish a "Web3 Capital" brand image. The statue's prototype was created by Italian artist Valentina Picozzi and has previously been unveiled in Lugano, Switzerland (2024) and Tokyo, Japan (2025). The Hong Kong version of the statue is made of 304 stainless steel and weathering steel, with a volume of approximately 1 cubic meter. The base is engraved with "To Hong Kong — In Math We Trust" along with donation details. In terms of design, the statue features a side view of a seated, meditative pose with a laptop placed on the lap. When viewed head-on, it appears almost invisible, symbolizing Satoshi Nakamoto's retreat after accomplishing his mission and the decentralized spirit carried forward by the community.
