Additionally, the amount of funds that cannot be freely withdrawn is quite significant. A rough estimate shows that Aave WETH has about $6–6.8 billion stuck, and USDT and USDT0 account for $4.6 billion, totaling approximately $11 billion. In just one night, 20% of the total on-chain liquidity was wiped out. It's pretty brutal.
