Kaku is working on a pretty cool feature recently—a true Agent assistant that works seamlessly within the terminal. Slowly bringing to life the subtle and unobtrusive Kaku AI we talked about during the New Year, and making it possible for 100% of my coding tasks to be completed entirely within Kaku. With a super convenient contextual environment + all kinds of handy CLI tools + models + a restrained personality, Kaku isn’t cold and robotic, nor does it have that over-the-top 'I’ve got you covered' vibe like GPT. The positioning of Kaku AI is more like a highly skilled, friendly, and no-nonsense engineer buddy. Once I’ve tested it for a few days and confirmed there are no bugs, I’ll release version 0.10 of Kaku for everyone to try out.
