The attacker borrowed a shitton of ETH from AAVE. AAVE has no bad debt now. https://etherscan.io/address/0x5d3919f12bcc35c26eee5f8226a9bee90c257ccc There is a guess that attackers spoofed a msg to drain the bridge, so the oft rsETHs on L2s are likely unbacked. Mainnet rsETH is untouched so Aave, Compound, Euler should be safe from bad debt. https://layerzeroscan.com/tx/0x1ae232da212c45f35c1525f851e4c41d529bf18af862d9ce9fd40bf709db4222 On the other hand, there is a take that it might impact Aave v3 as it was whitelisted there. Also it is suggested by some users that one should remove any wETH on Aave v3.(Vladimir S. | Officer's Notes)
