[Galaxy Research Director: The U.S. Has Sanctioned 518 Bitcoin Addresses] According to a report by Jinse Finance, Galaxy Research Director Alex Thorn disclosed on the X platform that the U.S. has added a total of 518 Bitcoin addresses to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) sanctions list of the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) over the past several years. These addresses have cumulatively received approximately 249,814 BTC, transferred out 239,708 BTC, and currently hold a net balance of about 9,306 BTC, equivalent to approximately $707 million at current prices.
