How is design supposed to survive? Anthropic has launched the Claude Design feature, powered by its latest visual large model, Claude Opus 4.7. The system allows paid subscribers to generate product prototypes, slides, and single-page documents through natural language conversations. Currently, this feature is in grayscale testing for Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise tiers. According to the official demo, users can adjust initial designs through conversations, inline comments, direct edits, or sliders. Additionally, the system can read existing codebases and design files to extract team design guidelines, ensuring outputs align with corporate branding standards. The generated files can be exported to Canva, saved as PDF or PPTX formats, or directly implemented into code via Claude Code.
