The National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority (NaRRA) is a structured, time-bound mechanism to deliver critical national projects with transparency and clear oversight. Public scrutiny remains essential in our democracy, and I encourage meaningful engagement on the Bill. At the same time, this is an opportunity to focus on the national interest and ensure that key infrastructure projects are executed with urgency and purpose. NaRRA will operate for a defined period, with a clear mandate to implement specific projects that address pressing needs, while existing projects already in the system continue uninterrupted.(Andrew Holness)
