OKX Card seems to have USDG payments pegged 1:1 with USD, and there’s no foreign transaction fee (FTF) (exchange rate aligns with Mastercard’s settlement rate). Still need to confirm, it might be similar to AMEX HK where no fee is charged during Pending, but added upon final settlement. US card BIN, 1:1 stablecoin, 5% cashback for big clients—if there’s truly no FTF, this might be the cleanest U card available right now. Currently, China KYC is not supported.
