Chinese users who obtained U Cards through Fiat24 need to provide tax ID information to comply with CRS tax exchange requirements. Since U Cards only require the account to hold cryptocurrency to swipe Visa cards online and offline, they were widely used last year. Fiat24 is one of the few upstream issuers willing to issue cards to Chinese users.
