Claude is pushing the theoretical limits of single-model reasoning capabilities; OpenAI is trying to capture the developer ecosystem with cost-effectiveness; Google, on the other hand, directly reaches the world's largest network of end users. But beyond the competition, they are effectively forming an alliance to prevent other (Chinese) companies from large-scale distillation.
