Whether we’re prepared or not, AI will change the workforce. This latest layoff from Snapchat (SNAP) is just one of many. Oracle, Meta, Microsoft, Salesforce… it’s just the way business is done. You pivot when there’s profit to be made. But we are not that helpless. The AI that’s supposed to take our jobs will give us the opportunity to upgrade our skillsets faster than ever.
