Deep Tide TechFlow reports: On April 15, according to CNBC, Arjun Sethi, co-CEO of global cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, confirmed on April 14 that the company has secretly submitted an initial public offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This IPO application marks the formal advancement of plans initially disclosed last November.
