This move is pretty advanced. If you can't play on the exchange, just play on the wallet. Right now, there's no regulatory restriction, but in the future, having perpetual contracts in wallets on centralized exchanges might become standard. I remember the OKX wallet had perpetual contracts in the wallet content very early on, but later it disappeared—no idea what happened.
