The main changes are as follows: The original mechanism: when the fund rate reaches the upper or lower limit during settlement, the settlement frequency is directly adjusted to 1 hour. New mechanism: When the fund rate reaches the upper or lower limit during settlement, the settlement interval will be gradually shortened, and only one level will be adjusted each time. The levels are as follows: settlement frequency settlement time (UTC+8) 8 hours 08:00, 16:00, 00:00 4 hours 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00, 00:00 2 hours 02:00, 04:00, 06:00 ..., 00:00 (every 2 hours) 1 hour 01:00, 02:00, 03:00 At 00:00 (per hour), when the market premium returns to normal, the system will automatically adjust the settlement frequency back to the default value of the contract without further announcement. The specific case assumes that the default settlement frequency of XYZUUSDT perpetual contract is 4 hours, and the upper/lower limit of the fund rate is ± 0.375%. If XYZUUSDT settles at 00:00 (UTC+8) with a fund rate of 0.375% (reaching the upper limit), the system will increase the settlement frequency from 4 hours to 2 hours, and the next settlement time will be 02:00 (UTC+8). If the fund rate reaches the upper limit again during settlement at 02:00 (UTC+8), the system will increase the settlement frequency from 2 hours to 1 hour, and the next settlement time will be 03:00 (UTC+8). After the premium continues to return to normal, the system will automatically adjust the settlement frequency back to 4 hours directly.
