The fund will focus on the integration of "AI Agent+Physical AI" and is committed to incubating and accelerating the next generation of AI application ecosystems with autonomous decision-making capabilities, promoting the extension of AI technology from on chain intelligence to the real world. The investment direction of this fund focuses on two major areas: AI Agents (application layer projects with autonomous decision-making, on chain execution, and multi-agent collaboration capabilities); Physical AI (a hardware infrastructure and computing optimization project that extends AI reasoning capabilities to the real world). At present, the AIA Ecological Fund has completed the strategic layout of two projects in the seed round: the AI driven predictive market decision-making system AliceAI (which compresses multi-source, fragmented asymmetric information into a single, tamper proof decision signal through a decentralized protocol, covering scenarios such as encrypted markets, sports events, political issues, and public events), and the ASIC AI chip (which has been deeply customized at the hardware level for the reasoning and computing features of the Transformer architecture). The design of a dedicated inference path enables the chip to handle higher density token throughput under the same power budget, with the goal of reducing the unit token processing cost to less than one tenth of existing mainstream GPU solutions, while significantly reducing inference latency. \DeAgentAI solves the three core challenges faced by AI agents in distributed environments, namely identity consistency, state continuity, and result credibility, from the bottom level through its independently developed minimum entropy consensus mechanism. It is committed to building a truly trustworthy on chain AI agent ecosystem.
