Publicly listed crypto company Exodus Movement has filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery against W3C and its CEO Garth Howat, demanding enforcement of a $175 million acquisition agreement signed on November 24, 2025. The lawsuit alleges that Howat and W3C accepted an $80 million loan from Exodus at the time of signing (with $10 million paid to Howat personally) and accuses them of attempting to misappropriate subsidiary funds, backdate documents submitted to the government, and replace management to evade transaction obligations. Exodus asserts that the agreement is binding and expects it to be fulfilled. (CoinDesk) https://(wublock123.com)/news/exodus-sues-w3c-ceo-to-enforce-175m-acquisition-agreement-59474
