[Bitcoin Treasury Company Exodus Files Lawsuit in Delaware Against W3C Demanding Completion of Acquisition Deal] Deep Tide TechFlow reports, on April 13, according to Stocktitan, U.S.-listed Bitcoin treasury company Exodus Movement announced that it has filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Chancery Court, demanding payment services company W3C Corp and its CEO Garth Howat fulfill the stock acquisition agreement signed in November 2025 and proceed with the transaction. Exodus Movement stated that it had previously classified the loan provided to W3C as 'due on demand' and exercised related collateral rights, expecting to obtain a court order to compel the other party to complete the transfer as agreed. Earlier, on April 8, 2026, Exodus had received approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority, clearing a key regulatory hurdle for the acquisition. The company stated that it would combine the lawsuit proceedings with the enforcement of collateral rights to expedite the completion of this acquisition.
