[Iranian Official States Resistance Against Three Major 'Unreasonable Demands' from the U.S. During Negotiations]
BlockBeats News, April 13: Nabavian, Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Iranian Islamic Parliament, who participated in the U.S.-Iran negotiations in Islamabad, posted on social media that during the talks, there were three major principled disagreements between the U.S. and Iran:
1. The U.S. demanded an 'equal share of benefits' with Iran in the revenue and management of the Strait of Hormuz;
2. The U.S. demanded that Iran export all uranium enriched to 60% purity out of the country;
3. The U.S. demanded the deprivation of Iran's rights to uranium enrichment for the next 20 years.
Nabavian emphasized that the Iranian delegation firmly defended national interests and 'resisted the aforementioned unreasonable demands.'
