This included providing Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack tools (such as Fluxstress and Neldowner), assisting global clients in launching cyberattacks, and collecting payments. The related ransom payments involved cryptocurrencies and other digital assets, constituting transnational cybercriminal activities.
