[Iranian Sources Say Conditions for Starting Negotiations Have Not Yet Been Met]
According to Foresight News, citing CCTV News, Iranian sources have stated that the conditions set by Iran for initiating negotiations, including the unfreezing of Iran's frozen assets and a ceasefire in Lebanon, have not yet been met. However, earlier, a senior Iranian source indicated that the United States had agreed to unfreeze Iran's 'frozen assets in banks in Qatar and other countries.' The U.S. side has not made any public response regarding the issue of unfreezing Iranian assets. On the 10th, Iranian Islamic Parliament Speaker Qalibaf posted on social media, stating that two conditions must be met before negotiations can begin: first, a ceasefire in Lebanon, and second, the unfreezing of Iran's frozen assets.
